INMOBILIARIA
Cumbuco has a great real estate market. It has houses, condos, apartments, etc... for sale and for rent.
You can contact the owners directly but it is a bit laborious or you can contact some agencies and some intermediaries that are dedicated to the business.
The prices have not grown during these years of crisis but the Brazilians are starting to grow economically and therefore they are the ones who are boosting the sales.
Anyway those who want to buy property in Brazil should be very careful because it is not easy if you are not well informed and so we recommend always look for someone to help you in every step before buying.
Before buying you should check several important details, obviously the registration would be the proof that the property is officially registered, the boundaries if it is land or house so you don't have any surprises, but you should also check some environmental licenses and depending on where the property is located, maybe also from the Navy.
Prices should be checked with someone knowledgeable in the area, because if you do not show knowledge of them they may try to increase the price.
Commissions to intermediaries must be agreed in advance and checked for fairness.
It is good to contact a broker (that's what real estate agents are called) to verify before buying. This broker must be licensed to practice.
